En logistiksamordnares topp fyra

Hallå! Nu har det gått tre månader sedan mitt tidigare blogginlägg där jag berättade livet som logistiksamordnare. Totalt fem månader i rollen och leveranserna fortsätter att flöda till projekt Kv Poolen.

En logistiksamordnare är minst sagt spindeln i nätet ute i produktionen. Du har en överblick över ett flöde som ingen annan. Och wow – det är superkul!

Jag tänkte inte gå in på mer detaljer men det finns fyra saker jag vill summera som jag anser en logistiksamordnare aldrig hade klarat sig utan:
